1. No Refund Policy
All purchases, subscriptions, premium features, and digital services offered through the Application are non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law.
No refund or partial refund will be provided for:
• Unused subscription periods • Unused premium features • Change of mind • Failure to use the Application • Device compatibility issues • Dissatisfaction with the service
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the applicable subscription or account settings.
After cancellation, future recurring charges will stop where applicable. Your existing premium access may continue until the end of the current billing period.
3. Digital Services
VoiceKey provides digital software and features that are delivered electronically. Once a paid subscription or premium feature has been activated and access has been provided, the digital service is considered delivered.
