From the app
Open VoiceKey (Voice Screen Lock) → Profile → Delete account. This opens an email to us with your request already filled in: send it from the same Google account email you signed in with. We stop any AutoPay subscription first, then delete your account within 30 days (usually much sooner) and confirm by reply.

What is deleted
Your profile (name, email, photo, language), your premium status, and your push-notification devices.
Your sign-in. If you have a subscription, the UPI AutoPay mandate is cancelled first, so you are not charged again. If we cannot cancel it, nothing is deleted and we tell you why.
Voice phrases, your PIN and clap settings are only ever on your phone — we never had them. Uninstalling the app removes them.
What we keep, and why
Payment and subscription records, without your name or email, because tax and accounting law require them.
A one-way hash of your email (not the email itself) so the introductory trial cannot be claimed twice. This is for fraud prevention and cannot be turned back into your email.
Cancelling AutoPay on its own, without deleting your account: stop the mandate in your UPI app, or email us.
